Wild Live Kimchi

Third Lunch – Homemade Live Kimchi salad.  Yes .. I said “third lunch”.  I am a live, wild Yogini!  And, I just happen to eat like a Hobbit.

So .. 2 handfuls lettuce (I used bibb).  1/2 cup homemade kimchee .. ready today!  That’s it .. simply goodness.

Kimchi is such a live and nutritious food, and SOOO easy to make.  And healthy .. lets not forget that.  I mean .. its called “CHI” .. thats Prana, the Lifeforce!
