Fierce and Fruity Friday

Fruity Friday!   Ok .. Im starting this.   Last time I had a brilliant idea (the 100 Things Challenge) I did’nt act on it.   Because this is a brilliant idea – one I snagged from the cosmos – I’m making an official announcement.

Fruity Friday, akin to Meatless Monday, is a day to eat healthy for yourself and the environment.   Today .. Friday .. eat fruit for breakfast, say .. mixed with your cereal.   Have a fruit salad for lunch, and try a fruit dish for dinner.   Experiment, explore, get healthy, have fun!
