Fierce and Fruity Friday, part two

Yes .. here we are .. one week later for another Fierce and Fruity Friday.

Remember to eat fruit today!   Enjoy fruit for breakfast with your cereal or oatmeal.   Indulge in fruit for lunch – in a salad or raw, as a snack.   Be daring .. have fruit for dinner!

Have pancakes with blueberries for dinner, or curry rice with mango.   Put pineapple on a pizza, or how about making Frushi .. you know, fruit + sushi .. Frushi:
