Live Cacao and Date Delight

Chocolate and Date Delight!

1 ¼ cup agave

½ cup raw cacao powder

2 Tbls raw cacao

½ cup + 2 Tbs coconut oil

¼ tsp vanilla bean scrappings (or ¼ tsp liquid)

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp sea salt

 

Combine all and blend till smooth.  Warm in dehydrator for about one hour.

 

Use either whole or halved dates.

I use whole when it’s just me; I cut them in half when serving to guests –

they look like truffles.

 

Dip dates (either whole or halved) in warm cacao fudge,

place on waxed paper or cookie sheet, refrigerate.

 

Warning!  These are habit forming!
