Tapping In ..

Being a Fitness Coach .. regardless of how I feel on any given day, I work out anyway.  It is my job.

And regardless of how I feel going in, within a few minutes – with deep and slow breathing – the body mind connection is made, and I feel 100%.

There is an inner drive towards movement .. the flow of creativity and activity that permeates all living forms.  Its a current that sometimes runs deep within, and sometimes close to the surface.  That is ‘motivation’ .. the desire to return to that sensation of vitality.
