About Wild Yoga Live Vegan

Why Wild?   Wild is “in a natural state, free, unbroken”.   It is also agrarian, pertaining to earth, sea and sky.

Why Yoga?   Yoga is the practice to cultivate “a steadfast mind” and the “disciplined pursuit of transcendence”.

Why Live?   Live is “to have life and to be alive, existence and experience, alert and lively, full of life and energy, active and resilient, resonating and moving, the source of potential”.  Live foods are from the earth and uncooked.

Why Vegan?  Vegan is synonymous with karuna / compassion; it is about conscious living or being fully awake and informed.  It is about the consideration and implementation of organic produce and products, the respectful treatment of all sentient life, sustainable living, support of biodiversity, abundant health, and the Science of Living / Ayurveda.

Wild Yoga is an unfettered practice, where Yoga is freedom of expression.  It is independent and outspoken, graceful and strong, full and fruitful Yoga.

Live Vegan is consideration for all sentient beings and gratitude for all growing things.  Its quest for learning has no bounds and its compassion is unconditional.

For myself, I am Wild and Live, a Yogi and Vegan.  A vajra and wild woman, a mystic and shaman, a staff walker and tantrika, a far traveler and dakini, an Ista Deva and Kundalini’s playmate.

Be Wild Yoga for liberation and deeply sightedness.  Be Live Vegan for effervescence and exuberance.

Don’t  do .. BE!

Namaste, Mutual Respect, Peace Out!
